Position Summary

We are actively seeking Field Sales Representatives to join our growing sales team in Wilmington, NC. This is a high-impact, high-reward role designed for motivated, results-driven individuals who enjoy face-to-face retail engagement and territory-based sales.

As a Field Sales Representative, your focus will be visiting 15–20 retail stores per day within a designated territory. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding account coverage, and introducing our high-demand product lines to drive consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person sales visits to 15–20 retail stores daily within your assigned territory.

• Present and promote Port City Wholesale’s full product portfolio.

• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

• Identify and convert new sales opportunities by expanding retail partnerships.

• Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction.

• Keep accurate records of store visits, orders, and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B or field-based sales experience preferred (wholesale, convenience retail, or distribution industry a plus).

• Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling and territory management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

• Comfortable with daily local travel and working independently in the field.
